Ordering Information

The 3D HIP Implant is a patient-specific, custom-made implant. To ensure accurate identification, labeling, and processing, please place a separate order for each patient.

Ordering Process:

1. Training Requirement: Before placing an order, confirm that you have attended a 3D HIP Course, as this training is mandatory for correct surgical application. Would you like to attend a 3D HIP course? See courses here.
2. Place Order & Submit Patient Data: Fill out the order form with the patient's name, implant specifications & configuration (left or right), and upload the required DICOM files.
3. Review & Approve Construction Data: Within 3-4 working days, we will send you the construction data for review and approval.
4. Production & Delivery: Once approved, the implant will be manufactured, with a standard production lead time of approximately 2 weeks. Total turnaround time is from order placement to delivery is around 3 to 4 weeks.
